Wheat - November Peanuts - May |
| Applications (Form A) returned to OCIA office.
Wheat - December Peanuts - June |
| Form B Generated and sent to growers for
verification of fields and acres.
Wheat - April Peanuts - July |
| Form B returned to OCIA and field inspections
occur. Inspections are billed.
Wheat - May Peanuts - August |
| Seed is conditioned. Request for Seed testing is filled out and sent in along with seed sample (Form C) |
| Conditioning information recorded and seed testing performed. Certificate of inspection issued when testing is complete (D01100). |
| Tags can be issued. If conditioning information is incomplete it will need to be returned to OCIA before tags will be issued. |
