A contract grower fee of $5.00 is charged for each crop variety inspected on each farm under contract. A 75.00 annual fee is charged for each conditioner unit approved to clean and/or handle certified seed. This fee is also required from individuals or companies who handle bulk small grains seed even though they do not clean or bag the seed.

Late Application and Reinspection Fees

A fee in addition to the regular field inspection fee may be charged for applications received after the field inspectors have left a specific area.  The regular acreage fee will be charged a second time for that acreage on which reinspection is requested.

Application Cancellations and Refunds

All of the field inspection fee will be refunded if the Association office receives notice of cancellation before the application is issued to the field inspector.  Otherwise, no refund will be made unless the crop is totally destroyed by flood, hail, or other unavoidable cause.  In such cases, all inspection fees will be refunded.
